Create and sell your first digital product

Earn your first euros online in under 10 minutes

How to list a PDF, template or course for sale in just a few clicks.

Go to Editor > Shop and click “Add product”.

You can sell PDFs, Notion templates, Lightroom presets, eBooks, or any downloadable file. LinkyStore handles payment and delivery automatically.

Upload your file (max 500 MB).

LinkyStore stores it securely and generates a private download link for buyers only. Your file is never publicly accessible.

Set your price.

You can set €0 for free products or any amount. The Pro plan charges 5 % commission, the Creator plan charges 0 %. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Add a name, description and cover image.

A good cover image increases conversions by up to 40 %. Describe the concrete benefits of your product, not its features.

Click “Publish”.

Your product is immediately live. Share your LinkyStore link in your Instagram, TikTok or YouTube bio to start selling.

Track sales in Analytics > Shop.

You’ll see revenue, purchase count and buyer emails. These emails belong to your list — use them for future campaigns.

Add my first product

In LinkyStore, go to Automations > AutoDM and click “New rule”.

Enter your keyword (e.g. “GUIDE”) and the DM message to send. You can include your LinkyStore URL directly in the message.

Copy your LinkyStore AutoDM webhook URL shown on screen.

It looks like: https://api.linkystore.app/api/autodmReply?uid=YOUR_UID. This URL connects ManyChat to LinkyStore.

In ManyChat, create a new Flow with a “Comment Trigger”.

Set the trigger to the same keyword as in LinkyStore. You can target a specific post or all your posts.

Add a “Dynamic Data” action and paste your LinkyStore webhook URL.

Map the “reply” field to the DM message text. This text will be sent automatically to every commenter.

Activate the flow in ManyChat and test it by commenting your keyword.

Verify you receive the DM within seconds. If not, check that your Instagram account is connected as Pro in ManyChat.

Manage all your rules from your LinkyStore dashboard.

You can create up to 20 rules, toggle them on/off, and see which keywords trigger the most.

Set up my AutoDM

Go to Editor > Email gate and enable it.

Customise the title (e.g. “Get my free guide”) and button label. The email gate appears before visitors access your links — it’s the most effective way to build your list.

Visitors enter their email to access your content.

This active consent is far better than an intrusive pop-up. Offer a clear lead magnet to maximise sign-ups.

View your contacts in Dashboard > Contacts.

You’ll see all captured emails with date and source. Every email belongs to your list — export them as CSV at any time.

To send a campaign, go to Email > New campaign.

Write your subject, body, and choose your recipient list. LinkyStore sends it directly — no third-party tool needed.

Connect Mailchimp or Zapier under Settings > Integrations.

Sync your leads automatically with your existing tools. The Mailchimp integration is native and works in one click.

Track open rates and clicks in Email Analytics.

A good open rate for a creator list is 25–40 %. If you’re below that, rework your subject lines.

Activate my email gate

Go to Courses > New course.

Enter a title, description, and cover image. These are the first things potential buyers will see — craft compelling copy.

Add modules and lessons.

Each lesson can contain text, video (YouTube/Vimeo embed), PDFs, or downloadable files.

Set your price.

Free courses build your email list; paid courses generate direct revenue. You can offer a free trial before full paid access.

Once published, a “Courses” button appears on your LinkyStore page.

Buyers get instant access after payment via Stripe. Their account is created automatically.

Manage enrolled students under Courses > Students.

You can see who bought and when, and send updates directly to enrolled students.

Activate an Order Bump for upsells (Creator plan).

This technique generates on average 15–30 % additional revenue per transaction.

Create my first course

Go to Bookings > Availability.

Set your weekly schedule (e.g. Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, 1h slots). You can block specific days or vacation periods.

Add your booking types.

Create distinct offers, such as “30-min coaching call” at €97 or “Audit” at €297. Each type has its own duration and price.

Activate Bookings in your Editor.

A “Book a session” button appears on your page. Visitors see your availability in real time and choose their slot.

When a fan books, they pay via Stripe and you both receive a confirmation email.

The confirmation includes the date, time and a video call link if configured.

Manage all bookings in Bookings > Calendar.

You can cancel or reschedule directly from your dashboard. The buyer receives an automatic notification.

Set up my bookings

Go to Analytics in your dashboard.

The overview shows total clicks, unique visitors and conversion rate. Filter by day, week, month or custom range.

Check the “Top links” table.

It shows which links get the most clicks. The most clicked links deserve to be at the top of your page.

Analyse the “Traffic sources” chart.

You can see where your visitors come from: Instagram, TikTok, Google, direct, etc.

Check the “Countries” map.

It shows your geographic audience distribution. Useful for choosing your content language and product currency.

Export your analytics as CSV (Creator plan).

Download all your data for deeper analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.

View my analytics

Go to Editor > AI tools and click “Generate bio”.

Describe yourself in a few words and LinkyStore’s AI writes a professional bio optimised for your niche.

Click “Generate avatar”.

The AI creates a unique avatar from your photo or description. No design skills needed.

Click “Generate SEO”.

The AI automatically fills your page title, meta description and keywords — improving your Google visibility.

All AI-generated content is editable.

Review and tweak each element before saving. The AI gives you an excellent base, but your personal touch makes the difference.

Customise my page with AI

Go to Settings > Custom domain (Creator plan required).

Enter your domain (e.g. links.yourname.com). LinkyStore accepts subdomains or root domains.

LinkyStore generates a TXT verification record.

Add it to your domain’s DNS settings via your registrar (Namecheap, GoDaddy, OVH, etc.).

Also add a CNAME record pointing your subdomain to linkystore.app.

If you use a root domain, add an A or ALIAS record instead.

Click “Verify”.

DNS propagation can take up to 48h, but in practice it’s usually under 1h. LinkyStore checks automatically.

Your LinkyStore page is now live at your custom domain.

All existing links continue to work. The old linkystore.app/yourhandle URL automatically redirects.

Activate my custom domain

Go to Settings > Payments and click "Connect Stripe".

LinkyStore opens Stripe-hosted onboarding. You never need to copy an API key.

Create a free Stripe account if you don’t have one yet.

Go to stripe.com, click "Get started", and follow the steps shown by Stripe.

Complete Stripe’s identity verification.

Stripe requires your legal name, address, date of birth and a government-issued ID. This step is mandatory under European financial regulations.

Add your bank account (IBAN) for payouts.

Go to Stripe > Settings > Bank accounts and add your account. Payouts are automatic at your chosen frequency (weekly recommended).

Stripe redirects you back to LinkyStore after onboarding.

LinkyStore enables selling only after Stripe confirms the connected account can accept payments.

Connect my Stripe account

In the Editor, add a "Tip / Support" block.

Click "+ Add link" and choose "Tip". This block displays a donation button on your page with the suggested amount you set.

Customise the title and suggested amounts.

E.g. "Buy me a coffee coffee" with amounts at €2, €5, €10. Fans can also enter a custom amount.

Add a personalised thank-you message.

This message is shown after payment. It’s your one chance to thank the fan in real time — make it personal and warm.

Make sure Stripe is connected (see Stripe Connect guide).

Tips go through Stripe like any other payment. Without an active Stripe Connect account, the donation button stays inactive.

Share your page and mention the option to support you.

Post a story: "If you enjoy my content, you can support me directly from my linky". Simple, authentic, effective.

Enable my tip jar

Go to Editor > Membership and click "Create a tier".

Define the name (e.g. "VIP Access"), a description of benefits and the monthly price. Start low (€5–15/month) to maximise subscribers.

Describe the benefits concretely.

Examples: private community access, weekly exclusive content, monthly Q&As, discounts on your products. Be specific — ambiguity kills conversion.

Publish your membership tier.

A "Join membership" button appears on your page. Fans pay via Stripe and their subscription starts immediately.

Manage subscribers under Membership > Subscribers.

You see each subscriber, their join date and status (active/cancelled). Renewals are automatic — Stripe charges every month with no action from you.

Deliver your benefits consistently to prevent churn.

Golden rule: always over-deliver. Subscribers who see value stay 3× longer on average.

Create launch urgency with founder pricing or limited spots.

Announce that the first 50 subscribers get a founder price of €5/month for life. Scarcity drives immediate action.

Create my membership

Go to Settings > Promo codes and click "New code".

Enter a short, memorable code (e.g. "LAUNCH30"). Avoid long codes — fans must be able to type them easily from a story.

Set the discount percentage.

10–30% is the sweet spot: attractive enough to trigger a purchase without devaluing your work.

Set an expiry date (recommended).

An expiring code creates urgency. 48–72h is ideal for a launch. "Valid until Sunday midnight" works better than "valid for 30 days".

Limit the number of uses if needed.

For exclusive offers (e.g. 20 discounted spots), enable the usage limit. When the quota is reached, the code becomes automatically invalid.

Share the code on your social channels and stories.

Announce it directly in your bio or LinkyStore link during the promo. In a story: "Code LAUNCH30 valid 48h for -30% on my course".

Create my first promo code

In the Editor, add a "Contact form" block.

Click "+ Add link" and choose "Contact". The form automatically asks for the visitor’s name, email and message.

Customise the form title.

E.g. "Let’s work together handshake" or "Got a question? Write to me". An inviting title increases submission rates by 25 %.

Enable email notifications in Settings.

LinkyStore sends you an email for each new message. Reply within 24h — collaborations go to responsive creators.

View all your messages in Dashboard > Messages.

You see the full list with read/unread status, sender email and full message.

Enable my contact form

Go to Email > New campaign.

You’ll see the total number of emails in your list. For a first campaign, target your full list — you’ll refine segmentation later.

Write a subject line that sparks curiosity or announces a clear benefit.

Converting examples: "What I’ve never said publicly eye" or "Your 20% discount expires tonight". Avoid generic subjects.

Structure your email: hook → value → single CTA.

One action per email. Too many links = click rate divided by 3. Write as if you’re messaging a friend, not running an ad.

Add your LinkyStore or product link prominently.

The CTA must be visible without scrolling: a coloured button with "Buy now", "Access the course" or "Book my spot".

Send yourself a test email before sending to your list.

Check mobile display (70% of emails are read on phone), clickable links, and spelling. A professional email builds trust.

Send and track stats in real time in Email Analytics.

Key metrics: open rate (target 30%+) and click rate (target 5%+). Low open = subject problem. Low click = content problem.

Send my first newsletter

Go to Settings > Media Kit and click "Generate".

LinkyStore automatically compiles your page stats, clicks, bio, content categories and contact details into a professional PDF.

Complete your audience statistics.

Manually add your Instagram stats (followers, engagement rate), TikTok (average views) and YouTube (subscribers). These are the first numbers brands look at.

Customise your "Rates & Services" section.

List your offers: sponsored story, dedicated post, video integration, newsletter. With indicative prices. Brands don’t contact creators without rate cards.

Download the final PDF and check the result.

The PDF uses your LinkyStore page colours. Verify all images are sharp and figures are accurate before sending.

Add the media kit as a downloadable link on your page (optional).

Some creators make it public so brands find it without asking. Others keep it private and send it on request only.

In the Editor, add a "Testimonials" block.

The block displays reviews in carousel or grid format. Testimonials are visible before visitors even scroll.

Add each testimonial manually.

For each: first name + last initial, the text, and optionally a photo. E.g. "Sophie M. — Amazing course, I made my first €500 in 2 weeks!"

Ask for testimonials from your first buyers.

Send an email 7 days after purchase: "How are you getting on with [your product]? If you’re happy, I’d love a quick review!" Most people respond when asked at the right moment.

Prioritise testimonials with measurable results.

A testimonial with a number ("I earned €800 my first month") converts 4× better than a generic one ("Great course!"). Ask precise questions to get precise answers.

Update testimonials regularly.

3 recent testimonials are more credible than 20 from 2 years ago. Visitors look at dates.

Go to Settings > Referral to find your unique link.

Your referral link looks like: linkystore.app/invite/YOUR_CODE. It’s permanent and will credit you for every sign-up that comes from you.

Share your link in your stories, posts and videos.

Context that converts: "Since I started using LinkyStore, I sell my guides right from my bio. Join me here [link]". Authenticity beats a sales pitch every time.

Track your referrals under Settings > Referral.

You see how many people created an account through your link and their activation status.

Put your referral link in your Instagram and TikTok bio.

Some creators swap their usual LinkyStore link for their referral link for a week. The audience follows the creator — if you recommend it, they sign up.

Go to Settings > Import and choose "Import from Linktree".

LinkyStore automatically fetches all your public Linktree links. Just provide your username or page URL — no Linktree login required.

Enter your Linktree page URL (e.g. linktr.ee/yourhandle).

LinkyStore analyses your public page and automatically detects all your links, their titles and icons. Import usually takes under 30 seconds.

Select the links you want to import.

You can import everything at once or pick link by link. They’re added to your LinkyStore page in the same order as on Linktree.

Update the link in your Instagram/TikTok bio.

Replace the linktr.ee/... URL with your LinkyStore URL. On Instagram: Edit profile > Website. On TikTok: Edit profile > Website.

Delete your Linktree account if you no longer need it.

LinkyStore offers all Linktree features (and more) on the free plan. The full migration takes under 5 minutes.

Import my Linktree links

Go to Editor > My pages and click "New page".

Each page has its own URL, content and analytics. Pages are completely independent from each other.

Choose a slug (URL identifier) for your new page.

E.g. yourhandle-coaching for a specific project. The slug should be short and memorable.

Customise the new page independently from your main page.

Each page has its own theme, links, products and bio. You can have one page for your main activity and another for a side project.

Use multiple pages to target different audiences.

Examples: a French page + an English page, a fan page + a brands/partners page, a coaching page + a digital products page.

Switch between pages from the selector at the top of the Editor.

Change pages in one click. Each page has its own analytics.

Create my second page

In the Editor, add a "Countdown" block.

The block displays a dynamic countdown on your page. Visitors see days, hours, minutes and seconds remaining — urgency is immediate and psychologically powerful.

Set the end date and time.

Choose the expiry date of your offer. LinkyStore automatically calculates the time remaining in real time for each visitor.

Customise the text accompanying the countdown.

E.g. "Launch offer — only" followed by the timer. Or "Registrations close in". The text before the timer contextualises the urgency.

Configure the action after expiry.

When the timer hits zero, you can auto-hide the block, show an "Offer expired" message or redirect to another page. Never leave a timer at zero with no action.

Pair the countdown with a concrete offer directly below.

Put your product or course right under the countdown. Visual proximity between urgency and offer increases conversions by 40% on average.

Add my first countdown

In the Editor, add a "Video" block.

Choose between YouTube/Vimeo embed (paste the URL) or direct file upload. Embed is recommended for long videos; upload for short ones (under 2 min).

Paste your YouTube or Vimeo video URL.

LinkyStore automatically generates the thumbnail and embedded player. The video plays directly on your LinkyStore page without redirecting the visitor.

Add a compelling title below the video.

E.g. "Watch how I made my first €1,000 online arrow-down". The title encourages clicks and tells the visitor what they’ll see.

Enable autoplay if the video is short (under 60 seconds).

For quick intro videos, autoplay increases views. For long videos, let the visitor choose — forcing autoplay on long content feels intrusive.

Place the video at the top of your page for maximum impact.

A video visible without scrolling is seen by 3× more visitors. Put it right after your bio or as the first element on your page.
